Matt leads the nbx Team and brings a wealth of start-up and high growth knowledge to the business. Matt’s experience includes Senior Management Team roles at one of Ireland’s fastest growing companies Roomex, one of Ireland’s biggest companies Ryanair and most recently he established the Irish office of a global unicorn brand OYO.

Matt’s big hairy audacious goal is to help nbxTalent become the leading Recruitment Process Outsourcing and Contracting agency in Ireland; providing HR, Recruitment, Onboarding and Payroll services for fast-paced growing organisations, who dream big and deliver.

When not connecting great people with ambitious companies; Matt spends his time sailing, supporting his rugby team and travelling around Ireland with his family.

Conor Cleary

Conor joined the nbx Team as a Talent Consultant and brings with him a unique background and perspective to recruitment from his experience in Startup businesses and Software Development. His experience in world-leading technology companies has given nbxTalent an edge when it comes to the recruitment of candidates where there is a requirement for a more technical skillset.

He is constantly seeking to expand his own recruitment experience across roles involving Sales, Engineering and Technology and applies principles learned during his career in Computer Science to his daily work in nbxTalent.
